For 15 years, I've been in the trenches of creating GenZ empowerment and skills programs. I've had the privilege of mentoring hundreds of GenZs as they learn about life, begin their careers, and embark on their futures.

I've ziplined across canyons and explored the VR universe with them, and even became the first female basketball coach of high school boys in my community. Through these experiences, I've learned how to earn their trust, motivate them, and help them make decisions about what they want out of life.
